The Challenge

Difficulties making them SMART
Clunky milestone management
Heavy reliance on managers or coaches to “fix” Rocks later
The Solution
Draft Rocks with Maz AI — a guided, conversational assistant to coach users through Rock creation.
Coach-like chat: Maz asks reflective EOS-style questions
SMART scaffolding: Auto-fills Rock fields (Title, Due Date, Milestones)
Seamless entry points: Inline add, Global Create, or linked Rock
Progress preserved: Users can pause & return to drafts
Familiar patterns: Streaming chat, stop button, markdown support
