Opportunity: Houzz Pro profile usage

Goal: Offer current Houzz Pro users the opportunity to get a hand-picked photographer to photograph their work so they can showcase it in their Houzz Pro profile. This offering is only for Ultimate and Essential Plans, meaning, if a free or organic user wants to partake in this offering, they will need to sign up for a free trial.

KPI: Photography sessions booked, Free Trial sign-ups

Post Launch Results

Results after 2 weeks of launch: 3 photography sessions booked.

Problem: Users are reluctant to pay $500 for a photoshoot because it is a significant amount of money.

Solution: Add more professional photographs to landing page to showcase results, push creative output on email marketing, in-product advertising, and social media marketing. Request testimonials from those who have used professional photography on their Houzz Pro profile.

Outcome: With making tweaks to our strategy, we saw an increase in photoshoots booked.
